Beverly Park is an acquisition and moderate rehabilitation of an existing 49 unit multi-family apartment community located in Los Angeles, CA. These three-story, garden style buildings consist of one bedroom apartments and are affordable to low-income seniors (age sixty-two (62) and over) and people with disabilities.  It is an affordable apartment building for residents at or below 50 percent of Area Median Income (“AMI”).

Butterfly Grove is an acquisition and substantial rehabilitation of an existing 406 unit multi-family apartment community located in Fresno, CA. These two-story, garden style buildings consist of one, two, and three bedroom apartments and are affordable to low-income working families.

Crocker Oaks Apartments is an acquisition and moderate rehabilitation of an existing 131 unit multi-family apartment community located in Roseville, CA.  These eight three-story buildings consist of one, two, and three bedroom units and are affordable to low-income working families.  

Fort Chaplin Park Apartments is an acquisition and substantial rehabilitation of an existing 549 unit multi-family apartment community located in Washington, D.C.  The community has townhome and garden-style floor plans consisting of 2 Studio, 176 One Bedroom, 339 Two Bedroom, an 32 Three Bedroom apartments.  There are a total of approximately 380 low income units for residents at or below 50 percent and 60 percent of Area Median Income (“AMI”).

Imperial Tower Senior Apartments is an acquisition and moderate rehabilitation of an existing 187 unit apartment community located in Sacramento, CA.  This mid-rise building consists of studio and one bedroom apartments that are affordable to low-income seniors.

LA78 is an acquisition and moderate rehabilitation of three existing multi-family apartment complexes totaling 78 units located in Los Angeles, CA.  First, Casa De Wood Apartments is 20 units in a three-story, garden style building consisting of one, two, and three bedroom apartments that are affordable to low-income working families.  Second, Delta Apartments is 8 units in a two-story, garden style building consisting of one bedroom apartments that are affordable to low-income working families.  Lastly, Vendome Courts Apartments is 50 units in a two-story, garden style building consisting of studio and one bedroom apartments that are affordable to low-income working families.  

Palmdale Park is an acquisition and moderate rehabilitation of an existing 58 unit multi-family apartment community located in Palmdale, CA. These two-story, garden style buildings consist of two and three bedroom apartments and are affordable to low-income working families.

Rio Vista is an acquisition and moderate rehabilitation of an existing 161 unit multi-family apartment community located in San Ysidro, CA. These two-story, garden style buildings consist of two and three bedroom apartments and are affordable to low-income working families.

Sunnyview Villa is an affordable community comprised of 44 residential units for senior adults (age sixty-two (62) and over) in Palm Springs, CA. These two-story, garden style buildings consist of two and three bedroom apartments and are affordable to low-income seniors.

Villa de Guadalupe is an affordable community comprised of 101 residential units for senior adults (age sixty-two (62) and over) in San Jose, CA.  Located adjacent to the East Side Community Center, this development provides residents with access to services, great recreational opportunities, and personal enhancement programs.

Vintage Tower is an acquisition and moderate rehabilitation of an existing 59 unit multi-family apartment community located in San Jose, CA. This mid-rise building consists of 58 one bedroom apartments and one studio apartment.  It is an affordable apartment building for residents at or below 50 percent of Area Median Income (“AMI”) and 60 percent AMI.

Vista La Rosa is an acquisition and moderate rehabilitation of an existing 240 unit multi-family apartment community located in San Diego, CA. These two-story, garden style buildings consist of two and three bedroom apartments and are affordable to low-income working families.
