Ritch Homes Apartments is an acquisition and rehabilitation of an existing 42-unit multifamily apartment community located in Washington, D.C. This project will also include the addition of four units, for a total of 46 affordable units. Two four-story, garden style buildings consist of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments and are affordable to low-income families. It is an affordable apartment community for residents between 30-80% of Area Median Income (AMI).
