Sequoia Village

Sequoia Village is a former 50 unit-motel in Visalia, California, converted to permanent housing for individuals and families at risk of homelessness the Project Homekey grant.  Project Homekey enables a rapid renovation to immediately house those who are in need of shelter and experiencing effects of COVID-19.  Sequoia Village will convert 45-50 units into permanent supportive efficiency apartments complete with kitchens, five of which will be ADA mobility accessible.
