Crossroads Village

Crossroads Village is a former 200 unit-motel in north Fresno, California, converted to permanent housing for individuals and families at risk of homelessness via a $15.3 million California Department of Housing and Community Development Project Homekey grant.  Project Homekey enables a rapid renovation to immediately house those who are in need of shelter and experiencing effects of COVID-19.  This eight building, two-story project will initially comprise studios and one bedrooms, and a second rehab phase will provide a mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units, along with community space.
