Hear from experts on Opportunity Zones, economic development, and community development, including:

Lori Chatman, Senior Vice President, Enterprise Community Investment, Inc. and President, Enterprise Community Loan Fund, Inc.; Ron Frierson, Director of Economic Policy, Mayor’s Office of Economic Development; and Ben Winter, Chief Housing Officer, Office of Mayor Eric Garcetti.

Designed for nonprofit organizations, public agencies, elected officials and developers, attendees will:

• Gain greater understanding of Opportunity Zones and how to best utilize the tax incentives without exacerbating displacement and gentrification
